The space

With approximately 500 m² of interior space, six bedrooms and seven bathrooms, the villa works particularly well for families or groups travelling together. Bright, generously proportioned living spaces open towards the terraces and garden, while the large pool and outdoor dining areas make the most of Sicily's long summer days.

INDOOR
Villa Maris is arranged over two levels, with spacious communal areas designed for larger groups.

Ground Floor:
The main floor includes a double living room, a separate sitting/TV room and a study, providing plenty of space for guests to spread out and relax.
The large kitchen and living area forms another sociable part of the house, with a well-equipped kitchen including an induction hob, electric oven, microwave, two refrigerators, freezer, two dishwashers, espresso machine, coffee percolator, kettle and toaster.
There is also a laundry with washing machine and tumble dryer, plus a guest bathroom.
The bedrooms and bathrooms on this floor consist of:
• Bedroom 1: Super king-size bed (220 x 220 cm), walk-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with bathtub and shower

OUTDOOR
The villa is surrounded by approximately 3,000 m² of private grounds, with a further 300 m² of terraces creating plenty of space for outdoor living. The contemporary architecture and elevated pool terrace take advantage of the open countryside views, while furnished areas provide space for both dining and relaxing outdoors.
The private swimming pool, available from 1 April until 31 October, is surrounded by a sun terrace with loungers. An outdoor shower is also available.
Private parking is available inside the property.

LOCATION
Villa Maris enjoys a countryside setting on the outskirts of Noto, one of south-eastern Sicily's best-known Baroque towns.
Restaurants are approximately 1.5 km away, with a delicatessen around 2 km away and the main shops, banks and restaurants of Noto approximately 3 km from the property.
For days by the sea, Lido di Noto's sandy beach is approximately 7 km away. Marzamemi is around 20 km away, Syracuse 36 km and Ragusa 52 km. Catania Airport is approximately 86 km from the villa, while Comiso Airport is approximately 96 km away.

THINGS TO SEE & DO
Villa Maris is particularly well placed for exploring Val di Noto and south-eastern Sicily. Spend an evening wandering through Noto's historic centre, or head towards the coast for a day at Lido di Noto.

Further afield, Marzamemi is around 20 km away for waterfront restaurants and an evening by the sea, while Syracuse is approximately 36 km away. Ragusa is also within day-trip distance at around 52 km.

The area also offers horse riding approximately 8 km away, golf at Floridia around 32 km away and diving in Marzamemi.
