The space

The property is composed of Villa Festa and the smaller attached Piccio apartment. The two are connected internally but separated by two doors.

100 sqm develops over one level (ground floor).

Inside the house, a bright, open plan living space awaits featuring a comfortable sitting area with sofas, a dining table (seating 6) and a well-equipped kitchen for meal preparation. In the sleeping area, you will find one double bedroom (with double bed) with ensuite bathroom (with shower), one double bedroom (with double bed) and en-suite bathroom with shower, one twin bedroom (with two single beds) and a separate bathroom (with shower).

From the living room, you have access to the large covered terrace, with sea views, sun lounges and dining table.

Outside, a large terrace with sea views awaits with areas for relaxation and enjoyment, with a newly added private jacuzzi located on the rooftop and accessed via stairs (1.80 x 1.80m, depth min 0.50 - max 0.70; open from 01/01 to 31/12; heated up to 30°C). A cosy lounge area with comfortable outdoor seating beckons, a shady dining area (with table for six), provides an ideal setting for alfresco dining and a sunbathing area with sun loungers provides a quiet spot for basking in the Mediterranean sun. Stairs from the terrace lead to a roof terrace offering panoramic views of the sea. Additionally, a dedicated parking spot is available in front of the property.
