Located close to Syracuse, the suite offers a seafront location with access to the cliff and the sea and is just 100 metres from a sandy beach. Within easy reach of Avola, you can find shops, banks, and restaurants. Connected to the suite, but with independent access, Villa Festa with 3 bedrooms; the two units are connected internally but separated by two doors, which are normally closed and locked unless booked together by the same group.

The space

Developing on one level, the suite offers an open plan living room with kitchenette, one bedroom with double bed and one single bed, and one bathroom with shower.

From the living room, you have access to the large covered terrace, with sea views, sun lounges and dining table.
