The space

The property (150 sqm) spans two levels, making it ideal for a family or two couples. A natural stone wall surrounds the spaces, adding rustic charm and texture.

The ground floor features open-plan living with floor-to-ceiling glass windows, abundant natural light, and stunning views of the surrounding outdoor landscape. The living/dining area includes a large L-shaped sofa, a modern fireplace, a round table with four chairs, and a designed kitchen area with six seats. The ground floor also has a spacious double bedroom and a bathroom with the shower.

A staircase leads to the upper floor, where you’ll find another double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a single bedroom furnished with a French double bed, also complete with an en-suite bathroom with shower.

Outside, a scenic driveway brings you to the villa’s panoramic centrepiece: a beautifully designed outdoor dining and lounging area with five wooden stools along the table.

There is an infinity private pool (17 meters long and 3 meters wide) with modern lounge chairs and white umbrellas set on a paved poolside area bordered by stone walls. Beyond the pool, the scenery extends to a lush, green countryside with hills, trees, and a view of the village in the distance.
