The space

The main building, once the old stables, now hosts the living area, which connects to two double bedrooms both fitted with en suite bathrooms, a dining area and a kitchen. The living room opens onto an internal courtyard featuring a pergola, perfect for enjoying meals outdoors.
Beyond the main farmhouse, there is the second building, housing two additional double bedrooms and two designed bathrooms with a shower. There is a living room and a second kitchen.

The space of the bedroom is divided by a set of sliding white panels, which frame an arched doorway leading to another bedroom. The archway and the exposed stone flooring give the room a rustic, historic charm.

This villa has a modern minimalist courtyard featuring a heated swimming pool measuring 8 meters in length and 1.4 meters in width. The water temperature is adjustable up to 35°C for year-round enjoyment. The pool is also accessible by the kitchen of the main building. The setting is partially enclosed by high concrete walls, giving it a secluded feel, while wooden beams stretch across the open sky above, adding a touch of rustic charm and shadow patterns.
