The space

The house develops over one level only, making it ideal for those with walking difficulties. Inside, we find a modern living area with sofa, TV, kitchen and dining table, from where we can directly access the outside.

The sleeping rooms consist of one double bedroom (bed 160 x 200 cm) with en-suite bathroom with shower, and one double bedroom (bed 160 x 200 cm) with a separate bathroom with shower.

Outside is where this property truly shines. With a private swimming pool (6.00 x 10.00m; 0.6 – 1.4m deep; open from March 1 to November 30; depuration: salt), large covered terrace with outdoor dining area, comfortable seating and barbecue, it’s the perfect villa to relax in after visiting the beautiful areas of Sicily.
