Villa Teodora and Pasqualina – Noto area

The space

Villa Teodora and Pasquelina are two separate houses in the same estate. They share the main gate, but inside the estate, each villa has its own private entrance, pool and terrace.

Villa Teodora sleeps 6 guests and Villa Pasquelina sleeps 4 guests. They can be rented together to accommodate up to 10 guests.

VILLA TEODORA - (130 sqm) develops over one level.

The villa consists of an open plan living room with large doors leading to both the veranda and the terrace. The room has a sitting area (with sofas) and a well-equipped kitchen (with an eating area seating 6). In the sleeping area, you will find three double bedrooms (with double beds) with ensuite bathrooms (with shower).

Outside, the villa has verandas on both sides as well as a large garden (7,000 sqm) with a lawn, a private swimming pool (14m x 4m; usually open 1 April to 31st October) with sunbathing areas (with sun loungers) and two shady terraces, one furnished with comfortable outdoor seating and the other with a dining table for eight people. A barbecue, outdoor shower and free parking are also available.

VILLA PASQUELINA (70 sqm) is a private annex to the main building (with a private entrance, garden, and pool) and it develops over one level.

The villa consists of an open plan living room with a sitting area (with sofas) and a well-equipped kitchen (with a breakfast bar with 4 seats). In the sleeping area, you will find two double bedrooms (with double bed) and an ensuite bathroom (with shower).

Outside, you will find a garden with a large terrace featuring a small private swimming pool (2m x 4m); usually open 1 April to 31st October) with a sunbathing area (with sun loungers), a shady dining area (seating 4) and a lounge area (with comfortable outdoor seating). A barbecue, second bathroom (with shower) and private parking are also available.
