Villa Specchio (270 sqm) develops over one level. Due to the proximity of the pool to the house, the villa is not suitable for children under 6 years old.

This elegant villa consists of a spacious living room with comfortable sofas, chairs and a TV, an inviting dining room featuring large French windows that open onto the garden and the outside dining area, and a modern, well-equipped kitchen designed for easy meal preparation.

In the sleeping area, you will find three double bedrooms each tastefully furnished with comfortable double beds and accompanied by ensuite bathrooms (with showers), and one single bedroom equipped with a single bed.

Outside, a shady terrace welcomes you with a well-equipped outdoor dining area complete with a kitchen, built-in seating, and a table seating 6 guests. The garden features large well-maintained lawns, and a private swimming pool (measuring 70 sqm; 1.2 - 1.4 m deep; open 1 April to 31 October) with a designated sunbathing area. Additionally, private parking is conveniently available onsite.
