The space

Villa Lella (300 sqm) develops over three levels connected by internal stairs, and externally by a ramp that allows easy access to the garden, swimming pool and lower level of the house without using the internal stairs.

On the lower level, you will find four double bedrooms featuring double beds (three with two single mattresses measuring 90 x 190cm, and one with a double mattress measuring 180 x 200 cm) and ensuite bathrooms (two with whirlpool tubs and two with showers). Three of these bedrooms open onto the terrace and the fourth, onto the garden.

On the ground floor, you will find a white-walled living space with large glass doors onto the garden and pool. This room features a comfortable sitting area (with sofas and TV), a dining table and a well-equipped kitchen. There is also a convenient guest bathroom (with toilet), a laundry and a pantry on this level.

On the first level, there is a double bedroom featuring a double bed measuring 160 x 190 cm, ensuite bathroom (with hydromassage shower) and a private terrace which overlooks the swimming pool.

Outside the villa is surrounded by a Mediterranean garden featuring a saltwater swimming pool with hydromassage jets (measuring 10 x 5 m; 1.2 – 1.8 m deep; open all year round), a sunbathing area, and an outdoor shower. Next to the villa guest can enjoy several shady spots for alfresco dining, accompanied by an outdoor kitchen and a barbecue. Additionally, the villa offers the convenience of private parking.
