The space

Villa Raisi (500 sqm) develops over two levels.

On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living room with several sitting areas featuring comfortable sofas, a dining table, and a well-equipped kitchen area. In the sleeping area on this level, you will find four double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms:

- One double bedroom with a king size bed measuring180 x 200 cm, an ensuite bathroom (with shower and tub), a sea view, and direct access to the
terrace and pool
- One double bedroom with a double bed measuring 160 x 200cm, an ensuite bathroom (with shower), a garden view, and direct access to the terrace;
- One double bedroom with a double bed measuring 160 x 200 cm, an ensuite bathroom (with shower), a sea view and direct access to the terrace and
pool;
- One double bedroom with king size bed measuring 180 x 200 cm, an ensuite bathroom (with shower) and a garden view.

Stairs lead from the ground floor to the first floor, where you will find a double bedroom featuring a comfortable double bed measuring 160 x 200 cm, an ensuite bathroom with both a bath and shower, a sea view, and a private terrace. Adjacent to this room, lies another versatile space suitable for use as an office or an additional double bedroom, with a large king size bed measuring 210 x 200 cm and a sea view.

Outside the villa boasts an expansive garden with lush lawns and a large terrace featuring a heated swimming pool (measuring 24 x 5m; 0.3 – 1.5m deep; open all year). There are several relaxation areas where guests can unwind, and an outdoor dining area equipped with a kitchen and a fireplace. Additionally, guests benefit from the convenience of private parking.
