The space

Villa Orlando (450 sqm) develops over two levels (ground and first floor).

On the ground floor, the entrance leads to a breakfast room, a kitchen, and guest bathroom (with toilet), as well as two double bedrooms featuring double beds, ensuite bathrooms (with showers) and patio access. Additionally, there is a double bedroom with a double bed and ensuite bathroom (with shower), and another double bedroom, accessible from the outside only, also equipped with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom (with shower).

The first floor consists of a living room, a lounge with a fireplace and a study with a bookcase. Further, there is a dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, and a guest bathroom (with a toilet). The sleeping area includes a double bedroom (with double bed) featuring an ensuite bathroom (with shower) and a balcony.

Outside, there is a garden (2500 sqm) featuring a saltwater swimming pool (with a sun terrace) measuring 6 x 10m with depths ranging from 0.1 – 1.8 metres (open from 1 March to 30 November). Additionally, there is a hot tub measuring 2 x 2 metres with a depth of 0.6 metres, heated to 35°C (included up to 250 kWh) and open throughout the year. The external facilities also feature an external shower, a barbecue and a terrace equipped with an alfresco outdoor lounge and dining area. Private parking is also available within the property.
