The space

Villa Mora (100 sqm) develops over one level (ground floor).

Inside the villa, an open plan living space awaits with large glass doors that connect to the garden and pool. This inviting area includes a comfortable sitting space with sofa and TV, a dining area (with table for 6) and a well-equipped kitchen area.

In the sleeping area, you will find two double bedrooms (with double beds). Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, equipped with a shower. Additionally, both bedrooms have direct access to a furnished terrace with tables and chairs.

Outside, you will find a well-tended garden (800 sqm) featuring a lawn and a saltwater swimming pool (3 x 13m; 1.2m deep; open from 1 January to 31 December). The pool area includes a sunbathing terrace with sun loungers and umbrellas, along with an alfresco lounge and dining space featuring a barbecue. There is also private parking inside the property.
