The space

Villa Ivetta (252 sqm) develops over two levels (ground floor and first floor). The villa can be accessed from the parking area at the back of the house or from the main road via a pedestrian gate leading to a driveway that crosses the garden.

On the ground floor, you will find a living room (with sofa, armchairs, and dining table) and a well-equipped kitchen. In the sleeping area, there are three double bedrooms (with double beds, air conditioning and outside entrance) with ensuite bathrooms (with shower) and one twin/double bedroom (with two single beds that can be joined if necessary, air conditioning and outside entrance) with ensuite bathroom (with shower).

On the first floor, you will find a mini apartment with a bar corner (with fridge, sink and microwave), two double bedrooms (with double beds) with ensuite bathrooms (with shower) and one twin/double bedroom (with two single beds) with ensuite bathroom (with shower).

Outside, the villa has a garden (1100 sqm) with a private swimming pool (12.5 x 4.5m; usually open 1 April to 31 October), a veranda with a relaxation area and outdoor dining (for 12 people), an outdoor shower, barbecue, and a parking spot.
