The space

The villa (240 sqm) develops over two levels (ground and first floor).

On the ground floor, you will find a large open plan living room with a sitting area (with sofa, chair, and TV), a dining area (with table seating 10) and a well-equipped kitchen area. There is also one guest bathroom (with toilet, washbasin, and bidet) and in the sleeping area, you will find two double bedrooms (with double beds; 180cm x 210cm) with ensuite bathrooms (with shower).

On the first floor (accessed from the outside), you will find an open living plan room with a sitting area (with sofa and TV), dining area (with table seating 6) and a well-equipped kitchen area with a small breakfast bar. In the sleeping area on this level, you will find one double bedroom (with double bed; 180cm x 200cm) with ensuite bathroom (with shower), one double bedroom (with double bed; 180cm x 200cm), one twin bedroom (with two single beds; 85cm x 195cm), one bathroom (with shower) and a veranda.

Outside, there is a garden (2000 sqm) with a large terrace (200 sqm) featuring a private swimming pool (12m x 4m; depth 1.3m; depuration salt; open from 1 March to 30 November) with a sun terrace (with sun loungers) and a shady outdoor dining area, barbecue, and bar. Also outside, you will find a bathroom/laundry room, a veranda and parking inside the property.
