The space

Villa Bellarosa (170 sqm) consists of two floors connected by an external staircase.

Each floor has an independent entrance and consists of a living room (with sofas and TV), a well-equipped kitchen (with oven, microwave, dishwasher, wine cellar), two double bedrooms (with double beds) with ensuite bathrooms (with showers) and a laundry.

Outside, you will find two swimming pools (one on the ground floor of 60 sqm and one on the first floor of 27 sqm; usually open 1 April to 31 October) and large shady terraces with comfortably furnished relaxation areas and outdoor dining areas as well as a barbecue.
