The space

Villa Nomea (80 sqm) is part of a property inhabited by the owners. It develops over one level, has a separate entrance, and reserved outdoor areas.

The entrance takes you into a living room (with sofa and dining table) from which you access the other rooms - a well-equipped kitchen, one double bedroom (with double bed and walk-in closet) with ensuite bathroom (with shower), one double bedroom with 2 single beds, and a second bathroom (with shower).

Outside, you will find a reserved area with a pergola, barbecue, and outdoor kitchen. A staircase leads to the swimming pool (10m x 5m; depth 2 m; open from 1 June to 31 October) where you will find another pergola (with a sitting area), sun loungers, an annex (with changing room and shower) and an outdoor shower. Another pergola has 2 parking places (one used by the owner and one reserved for guests).

The swimming pool is almost exclusively reserved for guests, except, on rare occasions, when it is used by the owner’s children (Nina, Noemi, and Giulia, aged between 2 – 7 years).
