The space

Villa Nisia (350 sqm) develops over two levels.

On the ground floor, you will find an open plan living room with a sitting area (with sofa, TV), a dining area (with table for 7) and a well-equipped modern kitchen. There is also a bathroom (with toilet), and the living room opens onto a veranda.

In the sleeping area, you will find two double bedrooms (with double beds) with ensuite bathrooms (with showers) and one double bedroom (with double bed) with ensuite bathroom (with shower and tub).

On the lower level, there is a large room with a pool table.

Outside, there is a shady veranda with an alfresco dining area (with table seating 6) and a large garden (3,000 sqm) with a terrace, swimming pool with hydromassage (16m x 4.5m; usually open 1 April to 31 October), sun loungers and outdoor seating. The villa also offers free parking.
