The space

Villa Concetta is fully staffed and offers a welcome dinner, breakfast, and pre-arrival groceries as well as tours, activities, and cooking lessons.

The villa consists of a main house which develops over two levels, a courtyard wing and a separate building (Palazzotto). There is a chapel on site which can be used for symbolic celebrations and receptions of up to 50 people are allowed on request (at extra cost).

MAIN VILLA (sleeps 10)
On the ground floor, you will find an entrance hall which leads to a large living room (with vaulted ceilings, sofas, and chairs) and a dining room (with a large dining table). From the dining room you enter a second living room (with sofas and chairs) and a large, well-equipped kitchen.

On the first floor, you will find five double bedrooms (with double beds) with ensuite bathrooms.

- One double bedroom (with double bed) with ensuite bathroom (with shower and
tub). There is no air conditioning in this bedroom, however a portable air
conditioning unit is available if required

- One double bedroom (with double bed and working fireplace) with ensuite
bathroom (with shower and tub)

- Two double bedrooms (with double beds) with ensuite bathrooms (with shower and
tub)

- One double bedroom (with double bed) with ensuite bathroom (with shower)

COURTYARD WING (sleeps 6)
In the courtyard wing, you will find one double bedroom (with double bed) with ensuite bathroom (with shower and tub) and two double/twin bedrooms (each with two single beds) with ensuite bathrooms (with shower and tub).

PALAZZOTTO (sleeps 2)
Here you will find one double bedroom (with double bed) with ensuite bathroom (with bath/shower head).

Outside, the villa lies in 55 hectares of land with a beautiful garden (open for occasional private tours) featuring an Andalucian-Arabic Garden, manicured lawns, serene ponds, and fountains, as well as a private swimming pool (18m x 9m; depth 1.9m) with a furnished terrace with sun loungers and covered dining areas. There is also a private chapel (symbolic celebrations only), tennis court and parking.
