The space

The owner and guests share the garden, but the pool is exclusively for the guests.

Villa Matalia (140 sqm) is a semi-detached property which develops over one level (with steps down to the pool). Behind the villa, there is another house where the owner lives.

The villa includes a large living room with a sitting area (with double sofa bed) and a well-equipped kitchen area, seven bedrooms and six bathrooms:

- four double bedrooms (with double beds) with ensuite bathrooms (with showers)
- two double bedrooms (with double beds)
- one twin bedroom (with two single beds)

Outside the villa, you will find a garden (2,500 sqm) featuring shady dining and relaxation areas and a swimming pool (6m x 12m; depth 0.5m – 2.5m) with a sun terrace (with sun loungers).
