VILLA TRISOLA - SANTA MARIA DEL FOCALLO
Located close to the small town of Santa Maria del Focallo in south-east Sicily, Villa Trisola is a residential complex of five apartments with a shared swimming pool. The villa is within a short walking distance of restaurants and a sandy beach, and within easy driving distance of the towns of Pozzallo and Ispica, as well as the beautiful baroque cities of Modica, Scicli, Ragusa and Noto.

The space

Each apartment in Villa Trisola (approx. 600 sqm) has an independent entrance and develops over two levels.

On the ground floor , you will find a living room and a well-equipped kitchen, one double bedroom (with double bed), one twin bedroom (with two single beds) and one bathroom (with shower).

On the first floor, you will find one triple bedroom (with double bed and single bed), one bathroom (with shower) and a terrace overlooking the pool.

Outside, each apartment has a private veranda (with table, chairs, barbecue) and access to the shared garden (210 sqm) and swimming pool (13m x 4m; open 15 May-15 October), as well as a parking space.
