The space

Villa Maggia (160 sqm) develops over two levels. The entrance to the villa is via an electronic gate leading to a small driveway shared with another villa.

On the ground floor, you will find an open plan living room (with external access) with a lounge area (with sofa and TV), a dining area (with a table for 8) and a well-equipped kitchen area. To the right of the living room, there are two double bedrooms (with double beds) with ensuite bathrooms (with shower).

Stairs from the kitchen lead to the first floor where you will find one double bedroom (with double bed) with a terrace which overlooks the pool, one twin bedroom (with two single beds) and one bathroom (with shower).

Outside, the villa offers a well-equipped terrace (with a sitting and dining area), and a garden (1800 sqm) with a saltwater swimming pool (10m x 5m; usually open 1 April to 31 October) and sun terrace (with sun loungers). An outdoor shower, wood barbecue, toilet and free parking are also available.
