The space

Villa Cadiana (220 sqm) develops over two levels.

The living area is on the first floor and it features a sofa, a well-equipped kitchen/dining area, and access to a shady veranda (with a dining area and comfortable outdoor seating).

The sleeping area develops over two levels. On the ground floor, you will find four double bedrooms (with double beds), four bathrooms (with showers) and a reading area (with a desk). On the first floor, there is a triple bedroom (with double bed and single bed), a bathroom (with shower) and a guest bathroom (with toilet).

Outside the villa there is a ground-floor terrace and a first-floor veranda, both furnished with tables and outdoor seating. The garden (3,000 sqm) features a swimming pool (15m x 5m; usually open 1 April to 31 October) with a sun terrace (with sun loungers) and shady dining area (with kitchen and barbecue), as well as an outdoor shower and private parking area.
