The space

Villa Pasquelina (70 sqm) is a private annex to the main building (with a private entrance, garden, and pool) and it develops over one level.

The villa consists of an open plan living room with a sitting area (with sofas) and a well-equipped kitchen (with a breakfast bar with 4 seats). In the sleeping area, you will find two double bedrooms (with double bed) and an ensuite bathroom (with shower).

Outside, you will find a garden with a large terrace featuring a small private swimming pool (2m x 4m; usually open 1 April to 31st October) with a sunbathing area (with sun loungers), a shady dining area (seating 4) and a lounge area (with comfortable outdoor seating). A barbecue, second bathroom (with shower) and private parking are also available.
