The space

Villa Teodora (130 sqm) develops over one level.

The villa consists of an open plan living room with large doors leading to both the veranda and the terrace. The room has a sitting area (with sofas) and a well-equipped kitchen (with an eating area seating 6). In the sleeping area, you will find three double bedrooms (with double beds) with ensuite bathrooms (with shower).

Outside, the villa has verandas on both sides as well as a large garden (7,000 sqm) with a lawn, a private swimming pool (14m x 4m; usually open 1 April to 31st October) with sunbathing areas (with sun loungers) and two shady terraces, one furnished with comfortable outdoor seating and the other with a dining table for eight people. A barbecue, outdoor shower and free parking are also available.
