The space

Villa Iseppa (254 sqm) develops over one level and can be reached by car (via an unpaved country road).

Inside the villa, you will find a living room with a sitting area (with sofas and TV) and a dining area (with table seating 10, as well as a well-equipped kitchen (with a dining table). In the sleeping area there is one double bedroom (with double bed) and three twin bedrooms (with two single beds which can be separate or pushed together to form a double). All the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms (with showers), a wardrobe and smart-working space. An additional single bed is also available.

Outside, the large garden combines lawn with typical Sicilian vegetation and features terraces, a partially shaded swimming pool (15m x 3m; usually open 1 April to 31st October) with a sunbathing area (with sun loungers) and a shady outdoor eating area with a kitchen. A barbecue, outdoor shower, and free parking are also available.
