Located in the Ispica area on the south-east coast of Sicily, this lovely beachfront apartment is perfect for those looking for a beach holiday. The apartment is directly across the road from a beach (where sunbeds and umbrellas can be rented from June to August), and a supermarket, bar and newsagent are within a short walking distance. There is a restaurant just 3 km away and the pretty town of Pozzallo (8 km) has a good selection of shops, bars, and restaurants. Driving from the villa, you can visit Cavagrande del Cassibile, the Vendicari nature reserve, and the beautiful baroque towns of Modica, Ragusa, and Noto.

The space

Casa Focallo Uno is a ground-floor apartment (50 sqm) that develops over one level.
