The space

Villa Fabiola (180 sqm) develops over two levels.

On the ground floor, you will find a large living space with a lounge area (with sofas and chairs), a dining area (with table for 8), a well-equipped kitchen and a guest bathroom (with toilet and sink).

The sleeping area develops over the first and second floor and consists of three double bedrooms (with double beds) with ensuite bathrooms (with showers) and one twin bedroom (with two single beds) with ensuite bathroom (with shower).

Outside, the villa features a large garden (2,500 sqm) with a lawn and a private swimming pool (10m x 5m; usually open 1 April to 31st October) with a sunbathing area (with sun loungers). Close to the pool, you will find a shady lounge area (with comfortable outdoor seating), a shady dining area with an outdoor kitchen, and two outdoor showers. There is also covered parking to the front of the villa.
