The space

Villa Cosima (180 sqm) develops over three levels.

On the lower floor, you will find a double bedroom (with double bed) with an ensuite bathroom (with shower or tub). This bedroom has double access (from the outside and via a staircase located outside the main entrance) and an outdoor area (with armchairs).
On the ground floor, you will find a living room (with comfortable chairs) with 5 steps that lead you up to a well-equipped kitchen with a dining area (with table for 6 and sea views). In the sleeping area, you will find a double bedroom (with double bed) with an ensuite bathroom (with shower or tub). This bedroom has an independent entrance, access to the lawn and a sea view.

Stairs take you to the first floor, where you will find one double bedroom (with double bed and a terrace with fabulous views) with an ensuite bathroom (with shower or tub).

Outside, the villa features a large garden (2,000 sqm) with a lawn, a bio-swimming pool (20m x 3m; usually open 1 April to 31st October) with a sunbathing area (with sun loungers), as well as a terrace with a shady outdoor dining area (for 6) and a sitting area, and private parking
