The space

Villa Rosina (75 sqm) consists of a main villa which develops over two levels.

Inside the villa, you will find an open plan living room with a sitting area (with a sofa bed and TV) a dining area and a well-equipped kitchen area (with a breakfast bar). In the sleeping area, you will find one double bedroom (with double bed) with ensuite bathroom (with shower or bath) and one twin bedroom (with two single beds) with ensuite bathroom (with shower or bath).

Stairs from outside the kitchen lead you to a small terrace.

Outside, the villa features a walled garden with a swimming pool (4m x 8m; open 1 April – 31 October) and sunbathing terrace (with sun loungers). Close to the pool there is a shady lounge area (with comfortable outdoor seating) and to the front of the villa, a shady outdoor eating area with a kitchen and barbecue, as well as a laundry room and one bathroom (with toilet and sink).
