In the sleeping area, you will find one double bedroom (with double bed) with ensuite bathroom (with shower), one double/twin bedroom (with two single beds) and one bathroom (with shower).
ANNEX
The detached ground floor annex consists of a large open plan room with a kitchenette, a sitting area (with sofa) and a double bed with ensuite bathroom (with shower).
Outside you will find a garden which features a saltwater swimming pool (6m x 12m; depth 1.2m; open from 1 April – 30 November), two shady dining areas, an outdoor lounge (with comfortable outdoor seating), barbecue and outdoor shower.

What a wonderful villa in a beautiful location. Just stunning! We had some wonderful day trips to Marzamemi and to Ortigia. Both are well worth a visit. What a magic time we have had in this wonderful villa and place! The view is amazing and the villa is both beautiful and comfortable. We especially enjoyed visiting Noto, and can highly recommend early morning (before too hot!) breakfast with coffee and cornetti before the village awakes. Bliss! We had such a relaxing week in the villa. Enjoying many swims in the pool, relaxing on the terrace and marveling at the view of the countryside and the hills a little more every day. WE! DO! NOT! WANT! TO! LEAVE!!!! =) We've had two excellent weeks @ the villa and will definitely come back! It has been ours 4th time in Sicily and this has been certainly the best. From the small terrace you will have a perfect view to the sea and can watch both sun & moon rise -> amazing! Besides Noto, which is of course a most when you stay here we can also recommend to visit Ragusa & Modica (the latter is also famous for its chocolate -> we bought 2 kg =) Thanks also to Giuseppe and his team for being available & responsive all the time!!
