The space

Located in Stazzo on the Cyclops Riveria, Villa Anemone is an exclusive villa, split into 4 apartments, with a shared swimming pool (12x5 m - min. 1.50 max 1.50 deep; salt water; open 1 April – 31 October) and a luscious garden. The property is just a few steps away from a small inlet with a rocky beach, ideal for those who want to spend a relaxing holiday by the sea and to explore the nearby areas, such as the island of Lachea (reachable by boat), the park of Mount Etna and the well-known cities of Acireale, Catania, Taormina, and Syracuse.

Villa Anemone consists of four spacious apartments (one of which is occupied by the owners in the summer) and a detached annex (40 sqm).

RAZZA APARTMENT (Sleeps 4)
The annex (40 sqm) is in a secluded part of the park, and it develops over two floors. Its cosy interiors are furnished with taste, with all modern comforts and it boasts a terrace (50sqm) and a private garden (500sqm). On the ground floor there is one living room, one bathroom with shower and a kitchenette (2 Stove burners type gas, fridge, freezer, and toaster) and one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower. On the first floor (in the loft) there is one double bedroom and one bathroom with toilet and sink.

Facilities: hairdryer, satellite TV, air conditioning (bedrooms only), BBQ, iron, washing machine, toaster, electric oven, security safe, induction hob, fridge, microwave, Wi-Fi (please note that the signal may be weak sometimes), external shower, bathroom towels changed twice per week (Wednesday and Saturday). Private parking inside the property.

MURENA APARTMENT (sleeps 4 + 1)
Murena apartment (70smq) is located on the ground floor and consists of a living/ dining room with a single sofa bed, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom (bunk bed), one bathroom with shower and the kitchen (4 Stove burners type gas, fridge, freezer, toaster, electric oven). It also boasts a terrace (100smq) with a sea view.

Facilities: air conditioning (living room & bedroom), hairdryer, satellite TV, iron, washing machine, toaster, fridge, electric oven, Wi-Fi, external shower, bathroom towels changed twice per week (Wednesday and Saturday). Private parking inside the property.

MEDUSA APARTMENT (Sleeps 2 + 1)
Medusa apartment (50smq) is located on the ground floor and consists of a kitchen/ living room (4 Stove burners type gas, electric oven, fridge, freezer, and toaster) with single sofa bed, one double bedroom, one bathroom with shower. It also boasts a shared terrace (100smq) with a sea view.

Facilities: air conditioning (bedroom only), hairdryer, two TVs, satellite receiver (one on of the TVs), iron, washing machine, toaster, fridge, electric oven, Wi-Fi, external shower, bathroom towels changed twice per week (Wednesday and Saturday). Private parking inside the property.

IRIS APARTMENT (Sleeps 4)
Iris apartment (45smq) is located on the ground floor and consists of a kitchen/living room (4 Stove burners type gas, toaster, fridge, and freezer), one double bedroom (french bed) plus one single bed, one double bedroom, and one bathroom with shower. It also boasts a terrace (50smq) with a sea view.

Facilities: hairdryer, 2 satellite TV, air conditioning, iron, Wi-Fi (please note that signal may be weak), safe and external furniture (table and chairs), washing machine, electric oven, induction burners, 3 units of air conditioning (in the bedrooms and living room). Private parking inside the property.
