On the ground floor (accessed from outside, and independent from the rest of the house) you will find a living/dining room (with sofa bed) and a kitchenette. Here, you will also find one double bedroom (with a double bed) and one bathroom (with a shower) and a patio.
On the first floor, you will find a large living area with a sitting area (with sofas), a dining area (with a table that seats 10) and a well-equipped kitchen area. There is also one bathroom (with a shower), a changing room and a laundry room.
On the second floor, you will find one double bedroom (with a king size bed) with ensuite bathroom (with a shower), one double bedroom (with a double bed), one twin bedroom (with bunk beds), one bathroom (with a shower) and a large terrace.
Annex 1 (sleeps 2)
Annex 1 consists of one double bedroom (with a king size bed and mini bar), one bathroom (with shower) and a patio.

Annex 2 consists of one double bedroom (with a king size bed and minibar), one bathroom (with shower) and a patio.
Outside, the villa features a large garden (3,000 sqm) with a saltwater heated swimming pool (5 m x 10 m; depth 1.4 m; heated at 24-26°C; Open 1 March – 30 November) and a large sun terrace (with sun loungers). There is also a shady dining area (with table and chairs), an outdoor kitchen (with a barbecue and sink) and a shady sitting area overlooking the pool (with a comfortable outdoor sofa and small table).

On the terraces there is a breathtaking view, there is plenty of space outside and we also had the opportunity to eat lemons and oranges from the villa's trees. There is also plenty of space inside, with a big kitchen. In addition to the main house there is a separate apartment and two little houses. The villa was a really beautiful place to pass our holidays.

We had a wonderful reunion with our dear friends from the U.K in this lovely, well located and quiet villa. The villa is fully stocket and it was wonderful having Benny and Alessandro help us with whatever was needed. They are lovely. The distance to other Sicilian landscapes was a positive.
