Description

Villa Patrizia Melo is a charming studio located in Castellammare del Golfo on Sicily’s north coast. One of three houses that share a garden and swimming pool, it is within walking distance (1 km) of shops and restaurants and just 3 km from the sandy beach of Castellammare. Places of interest include the fishing village of Scopello, the medieval town of Erice and the amphitheatre at Segesta. You can easily reach the nature reserve of Lo Zingaro, with wildlife and lovely walks, and there are plenty of things to do – including snorkelling, scuba diving and boat trips around the peninsula.

The space

Villa Patrizia Melo (30 sqm2) is a studio apartment. It is part of a three-villa complex that share a garden and swimming pool. The owners live on the premises and can assist you at any time.

The house consists of an studio room with a living/sleeping area (with double sofa bed), a dining area (with table seating two) and a well-equipped kitchenette. Next to the sleeping area, there is one bathroom (with shower).

Outside, you will find a covered terrace with a dining area (with table seating two) and a relaxation area (with two chairs and a small table).

The property also has a shared swimming pool (10 m x 5 m; depth 1.3 m), a sun terrace (with sun loungers), and outdoor shower and a barbecue. These facilities are available for use by the guests of all three villas.
