The villa develops over two levels and 220 sq.m
On the ground floor we find living area with a modern and well equipped kitchen and with table and chairs for dining. On this same floor we a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and one other separate bathroom with shower.
On the first floor we have three bedrooms: one of them with double bed and with large balcony offering stunning sea views and en-suite bathroom with shower; the other two are triple with one double bed plus one single bed each. On this same floor we have one other bathroom with shower.
Outside, the villa offers an ample covered terrace equipped with dining table and chairs for al-fresco meals, with stunning sea views on one side and mountain views to the other. There is a private swimming pool (6x3m; 1.4m deep; open from May 1st to middle October) equipped with sun loungers.
Facilities: air conditioning in all rooms, Wi-Fi Internet, washing machine, dishwasher, gas barbecue, TV, microwave, kettle (not electric), moka coffee maker, toaster, oven, iron, hairdryer, parking for up to 6 cars, fridge, freezer. No pets allowed.

Casa perfetta per gruppi numerosi! Posizione top!!! Fantastico svegliarsi alla mattina con il sole che sorge sopra il mare! Comodissima posizione per raggiungere i punti d\u2019interesse principali (Palermo, Trapani, San Vito Lo Capo, Erice, Riserva dello Zingaro). Che dire, sicuramente lo consiglio per gruppi di amici!!!

Communication with the host was smooth and easy, but before and during our stay. The house is modern and spacious. In fact, there are four bathrooms and not three, as stated in the add. The view from the house, which is literally located on the edge of a cliff, is spectacular. The road up from Scopello is quite rough, and the final part also very dusty, but it is all worth it in the end. The pool is small but quite deep and the children (11-15) really enjoyed it. The only thing we missed in the house was a sofa, arm chair or similar.

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana fantastica! Vista mozzafiato, tavolo esterno utile per ampie cene e piscina con vista mozzafiato. La strada per salire \u00e8 un po\u2019 tortuosa. Abbiamo avuto solo un piccolo problema con l\u2019acqua calda ma grazie alla prontezza di comunicazione dell\u2019host siamo riusciti a risolverlo in poco tempo.
