The villa develops over one level and 100 sq.m, with a sun terrace.
Inside we find the large, bright and spacious living area with sofas, TV, fireplace and direct access to the terrace outside. From the living room we can access the separate kitchen which also offers access to the terrace. The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms, one bathroom with shower and one room with sofa bed.
Outside, the large covered terrace is the perfect place for relaxation, with comfortable furnishings and dining area with table and chairs. The decked private swimming pool (13x5m; 1.4 – 2.5m deep; open from April 1st to October 31st) is equipped with sun lounges and umbrellas. External stairs take us up to the first floor where we find a sun terrace with outdoor kitchen, gazebo and beautiful views across Mount Cofano and the sea.

What an amazing villa and pool, pure luxury! We had two weeks of amazing weather, beautiful food and great Sicilian wine. Within walking distance tribe, arte pizza and stabilimento balneare Lido Baia Cornino, were all great restaurants. The kids loved the gelateria. We visited Erice, San Vito lo Capo, Trapani, Segesta and took a boat trip to Egadi Islands, all well worth doing. Francesco and Giuseppe were perfect hosts, always there if you need them but conscious of our privacy.

We recommend exploring locally as well as the tourist spots. Tinchit\u00e8 in Valderice is a great restaurant find. Best \"sweet treat\"" was definitely mama's homemade applecake.

We love Sicily; trips to Scopello, Erice, Castellmare, the local caves and the best beach and snorkeling at el efuno. Thank you all. Love The Clouston Piles x Buckinghamshere I love the pool and the amazing hospitality of this place, it's so pretty with all the cactuses in the background and don't forget the amazing upstairs room that catches the sunset. It catches the sun in the day and night and amazing seating areas scattered around the place. Overall so nice!
