The villa develops over two floors and 140 sq.m
On the ground floor we have the sleeping area consisting of two double bedrooms, one bedroom that can be either twin or double (by joining the beds together), and a small living room with sofa and direct access to the outdoor area. There are two bathrooms with shower, and a terrace.
On the first floor, we find the main living area of the villa with sofa, TV and modern kitchen. Both the kitchen and the living room have direct access to the large terrace, equipped with comfortable furnishings and overlooking the pool and sea.
Outside, the villa has a private swimming pool (9x3.5m; 1.2m deep; open from March 21st to November 14th) equipped with sun lounges, umbrella and more seating area next to it.

What a wonderful week. The owners hospitality and kindness was very much appreciated! When we were all very hot, they brought us granita, what a fantastic way to get a real flavour of Sicily. The villa is perfect and so beautifully designed, and although we couldn't explore the area as much as we had hoped due to the heatwave,we were still able to enjoy some wonderful Sicilian food in Licata.
