From the villa you can easily explore the south-east of Sicily, from Noto to Syracuse and the baroque towns of theVal di Noto, to Taormina and Mount Etna’s Park.
The villa develops over one level and 140 sq.m.
Inside, we find the bright living room with sofa, dining table with chairs and French doors that open directly onto the terrace. From here, we can access the modern kitchen which also has access to the outdoors.
The sleeping area consists of one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, one triple bedroom with double bed and single bed also with en-suite bathroom with shower, one twin bedroom that can be converted into a double (by pushing the single beds together) and a separate bathroom with shower.
Outside, the villa offers ample spaces: a large covered terrace with comfortable seating, dining area for al-fresco meals and a private swimming pool (12x4m; 0.3 – 1.4m deep; open from March 1st to November 30th) equipped with sun lounges. There is an outdoor kitchen and barbecue area and plenty of grass area for children to play on.

Wundersch\u00f6nes Haus, sehr gro\u00df und alles super neu und modern. Die K\u00fcche ist super ausgestattet und es gibt drau\u00dfen eine Outdoor K\u00fcche und einen gro\u00dfen Sitzbereich. Alles sehr liebevoll angelegt. Die Inhaber waren soooo unfassbar nett - sie haben immer bei allem geholfen und immer mit google translate versucht uns alles mitzuteilen. Das war wirklich eine riesen Hilfe! Der Pool und die Au\u00dfenanlage sind einfach wahnsinnig toll! Es ist weitl\u00e4ufig, und mit viel Liebe angelegt. Der Eigent\u00fcmer kommt alle 2 Tage und schaut nach dem Rechten. Wir f\u00fchlten uns hier sehr wohl und w\u00fcrden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen! In der n\u00e4heren Umgebung gibt es gar keine Restaurants, man muss immer mit dem Auto fahren. Grunds\u00e4tzlich sind die Ausflugsziele in der Ecke sehr wenige, man muss mind. 30 Minuten fahren. Aber f\u00fcr einen Strandurlaub perfekt! Die Badezimmer haben alle nur eine Dusche - aber das sind nur Kleinigkeiten :)

Il proprietario Corrado estremamente disponibile. Villa vicino a pochi minuti dal mare meraviglioso di San Lorenzo, con lidi attrezzati! Villa molto bella con piscina adatta anche ai bambini. Camere e bagni spaziosi e puliti!
