The property develops over two levels and 140 sq.m. There is a main house and an annex.
MAIN HOUSE
On the ground floor we find the large and bright living area with sofas, dining table with chairs and a modern open plan kitchen. On this level, there is one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower.
On the first floor, we have the entrance to in the house, with one double bedroom and one bathroom with shower. There is a terrace with table and chairs.
ANNEX
Attached to the house, here we find one double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Please note that this annex does not communicate directly with the main house, therefore we do not recommend it for small children.
Outside, the villa offers a large 4000 sq.m garden, with private swimming pool (12x5m; 1.3m deep; open from March 1st to November 30th; salt depuration) equipped with sun lounges and umbrellas. There is a covered terrace with table and chairs and comfortable outdoor seating.

We had an amazing two weeks in this beautiful villa. It had everything we needed, and more. Great touch to have access to some local specialities (liquers and jams) and amazing to have the owners on hand to help with our every question and call for help! This holiday home has a wonderful outdoor area and pool is a special place to relax. The house is very individually furnished. Nothing is missing. Patrizia did a great job, preparing and running for the cooking-event. It was a wonderful holiday.

After a 3 year want to be there, the villa and Sicily did not disappoint. In fact it was a wonderful family holiday, one we will never forget. The villa is perfect! Everything you need. Giovanni and Patrizia have been the very best of hosts. Highlights include Valley of the temples, Turkish steps. Eraclea Minoa (beach), Bovo Marina, Seccagrande for the restaurants and night fun. We loved the pool. Hope to be back again one day!
