The villa is split between a main house and an annex (which is closed off when the villa is booked at under-occupancy price for 6).
MAIN HOUSE:
On the ground floor, accessed from the outside, we find a playroom and a bathroom with shower.
On the first floor, we find the living area, a large and spacious open plan room with sofas, dining table with chairs and kitchen area with island and stools. There is one double bedroom (180x200cm) here, one bathroom with shower and a terrace.
On the second floor we have one double bedroom (160x200), one twin bedroom (each single bed 80x200cm) and one bathroom with shower.
Please note that there are no internal stairs between the ground floor and the first floor.
Outside, the villa has a private swimming pool (10x7m; 1.2 – 1.8m deep; open from April 1st to November 15th) with sun lounges and umbrella, loggia with outdoor kitchen, barbecue and dining area.

Prachtige villa. Rustige ligging. Het huis was boven onze verwachtingen en had alles wat we nodig hadden. Fijne plek om met een grotere groep mensen te zijn!
Very nice and cozy house and surroundings. The house has everything you need. Rossanna who met us at the house and gave us the keys was very sweet and helpful during the week. Tip: we made the best pizzas in the pizza oven.
The grounds here are incredible. Your own private paradise This place is perfect for a large group. Rosanna was great, very responsive.

Rosanna was our contact on arrival not Cristina who is UK agent. Rosanna was extremely helpful and always responded to our requests immediately. This is a lovely quiet property though in need of a little tlc. There is ample space. Though it would have been better to have more clarity with regards booking the annex. The kitchen is well equipped and it’s good to have different outside sitting areas. We had a lovely holiday and there is lots to do in the surrounding area
