The villa develops over three levels and 300 square metres.
On the ground floor, we find the large and spacious living area with sofas, armchairs, dining table area and large modern kitchen. There are three bedrooms on this floor: one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, one twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and one double bedroom. There is an additional bathroom with bathtub and one guest bathroom with toilet and sink. The laundry room is located on this floor.
Stairs take us to the first floor (also accessible from the outside) where we have another sitting room (with piano) and kitchen area. Here, there is a large terrace with sea views.
More stairs take us to the second level. Here, we find more bedrooms and bathrooms: one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, one double bedroom and one separate bathroom with bath tub.
Outside, we are welcomed by a 3000 square metres garden, with private swimming pool (12x6m; 1.4m deep; open from March 1st to November 30th) equipped with sun lounges and sofas. There is a covered gazebo with table and chairs for al-fresco dining. More outdoor sitting furniture with table and chairs can be found on the terraces, all offering stunning views across the sea.

First of all the pictures posted by that the company representing the house is a bit confusing. It requires a sketch of the building to make it clear. There are two kitchens. One in ground floor at the level of the pool and pergola, and one in the first floor. There are 5 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. 3 bedrooms at the ground floor with 3 dedicated bathrooms and 2 extra guest bathrooms. On the first floor is the balcony with grand view, where we used at the evening for dinner and with the grand sundown. No bedrooms at the this floor, just living area. On the second floor there era then 2 master bedrooms with dedicated bathroom and dedicated balcony. All rooms and bedrooms have their own dedicated Air conditioner, with sleep modus. You need them in Summer. The place is very quiet. You could sleep through the day without noticing anything. Dario filled the fridge upon our arrival so we had a cozy evening not needing to go for shopping upon arrival. The house comes with all you need in a big house hold with best options and quality. You have three fridges , we used one just for drinks. :-) The house is decorated in Sicilian style and with lots of love by Dario. The combination and the style will become clear once you move around in Sicily and native that the Sicilians have a very wealthy cultural heritage with many influences form different cultures that led to a beautiful decorations. You will love it. I assure you. Overall i can only recommend, leave you habits from home, wherever you are from, and indulge in the Sicilian way of living for the period of your stay . You will enjoy it most .
