On the ground floor we find the entrance into a spacious lounge with piano and open plan kitchen with induction hob and dining area. On this level there are 3 double bedrooms, all en suite with shower plus an additional separate toilet; laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board and an additional fridge / freezer.
Stairs take us to first floor’s spacious panoramic sitting room, with bathroom, enjoying sea views with a free standing shower and bath tub. Double master bedroom with access to terrace with stairs to lit up solarium again with extensive views.
A colourful garden surrounds the villa, with different sunbathing areas at slightly different levels, culminating in the private infinity heated pool (heated to max 26 degrees; 8x5m; 0.9m deep; open all year round) enjoying 180 degrees views over the sparkling sea and Ortigia’s harbour and castle in the distance. There is a pleasant outdoor shaded dining area for your al fresco meals and a BBQ.
Newly added in 2025, the villa now also features a private Jacuzzi. Size (in metres) 2.00 x 2.60, depth (in metres) min 0.60 - max 0.60. Open from 01/01 to 31/12. Heated up to 34°C,

We have spent a wonderful two weeks at the villa with family and friends, and would like to compliment Mr. Andrea the Villa manager for all of his help during our stay. He replied to any queries quickly and was always available for anything we needed. He is warm and competent, and extremely knowledgeable about the Villa and local restaurants and amenities. He made our wonderful holiday perfect!
