Description

Located in the Ragusa area in southern Sicily, Villa Carana is a lovely modern villa with a private pool. Set in beautiful countryside, the villa is ideal for a relaxing holiday with family or friends and perfectly located for exploring southern Sicily. Just a just short drive from Marina di Ragusa, where you will find long, golden sandy beaches and shops, bars and restaurants, the villa is also close to the beaches of Punta Secca, Donnalucata and Sampieri. Also within driving distance are the enchanting baroque towns of Scicli, Modica and Ragusa and the Valle e Foce Del Fiume Irminio and Cava d’Ispica.

The space

The 240 square meter villa develops over two levels.

On the ground floor you will find a large open plan living space with two lounge areas (with comfortable seating), a dining area (with table and chairs), a well equipped kitchen and laundry.
