Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la maison, vraiment sympa, et proche de Syracuse, c'était vraiment facile pour nous de nous y rendre rapidement. La maison est vraiment super, il y avait tout ce qu'il faut, nous avions beaucoup d'espace et tout le monde l'a beaucoup aimée. Nous n'avons pu profiter que de la terrasse les midis, pas de la piscine, car c'était encore très froid. Même si la meteo était capricieuse, nous avons pu faire tout ce que nous voulions. Gabriella est charmante, très à l'écoute et de bon conseil, un très grand merci à elle pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité.Tout était conforme à ce qui se trouve sur le site par rapport à la maison, c'est très appréciable, et le fait d'avoir une interlocutrice plutôt qu'un site anonyme est vraiment très confortable. Tous, nous recommandons vivement la maison à tout groupe tel que le nôtre, pour son cachet et son confort. Très cordialement, Patricia

Anfang September hatten wir, 2 Paare aus Deutschland, das Glück eine Woche im wunderschönen Ferienhaus von Gabriella, Don Salvatore verbringen zu dürfen. Das Haus hat alle unsere Erwartungen noch weit übertroffen. Eingebettet in einem Zitronenhain etwas außerhalb von Syrakus konnten wir unseren Urlaub in vollen Zügen genießen. Das Haus ist spektakulär, eingerichtet mit so viel Liebe zum Detail. Mit 5 Zimmern und 3 Bädern können hier bequem 8 Personen wohnen. Das Grundstück mit Pool ist traumhaft. Im Haus hat man alles was man für den Urlaub braucht. Gabriella ist absolut hilfsbereit und darauf bedacht, dass man einen sorgenfreien Urlaub genießen kann. Einzige Anmerkung: Wir konnten das Haus bei der Anreise nicht finden, da die Zufahrt sehr versteckt liegt. Aber mit Hilfe von Gabriella war das dann kein Problem. Gerne würden wir jederzeit wiederkommen.

Wonderful villa: tastefully decorated, spacious and very comfortable. A well kept garden with a nice pool and terrace . The location is excellent: secluded property, yet only a short drive to Ortigia (Syracuse); there are supermarkets and a few family friendly restaurants nearby and it is a good base for visits to the Cavagrande Del Cassibile, Noto etc. The host was very friendly and forthcoming. Highly recommended.

We all had a lovely time in this villa + great for a family with young children. Also we had the cook Maria the first night which was fantastic when we arrived.

We stayed for 1 week. In the middle we had our wedding (Sicilian-Irish) reception for 70 guests in the garden.....which was beyond beautiful. We enjoyed the buffet beside the pool and dining on the other side of the garden. The patio area was perfect for dancing the night away. We used Navarria catering from Lentini (amazing food and great customer service). For extra lounge areas and lighting we used IES Allestimenti in Siracusa. The house is quite grand, with a country feel filled with beautiful antiques. Big toilets (3 in total)- great for guests. 8 people staying, we were very comfortable. Our wedding ran smoothly thanks to Adriana Smentek Wedding planner 'Chic Weddings in Sicily'. And finally huge thank you to the owner Gabriella!! I would recommend Don Salvatore as luxurious family holiday and\/or an intimate Sicilian wedding venue!

Our two families enjoyed a fantastic week in this lovely 5-bed villa, easily the grandest, most spacious villa we have ever rented. Inside the large rooms are very well furnished and decorated, providing lots of character and atmosphere. The large kitchen is very well equipped with lots of storage space. Outside the pool is set in a lovely grassy garden with plenty of trees and shrubs to provide complete privacy. There is a large airy pergola providing shade for a dining area, where we enjoyed many breakfasts, lunches and dinners. The villa is accessed by quite a busy road but is set well back along a driveaway. With a hire car (recommended) the villa was a great base for trips to nearby Syracuse and Ortigia, as well as further away to Noto and Etna. Gabriella was a very helpful host providing information and recommendations whenever we asked her. All in all, a great week with many happy memories.

This villa is a beautiful, elegant home which far exceeded our expectations. The villa was in a perfect location to access Siracusa, surrounding small villages and beaches. The bedrooms were large and well appointed. The gardens and outside area overlooking the pool is magnificent. Gabriella the owner, was very thoughtful providing a well stocked fridge and pantry. We will definitely return next year. The best villa we have ever rented.

The villa is a charming villa, very welcoming and elegant, with a comfortable swimming pool and a well-kept garden. It seems to be guests in a beautiful private residence. The well-stocked kitchen and the gazebo allow you to spend pleasant evenings in the garden. La signora Gabriella ci ha accolto con simpatia e amicizia, dandoci ottimi consigli e facendo fronte a tutte le necessità con molta disponibilità. Il luogo è ideale per godere della tranquillità di un soggiorno rilassante in campagna e delle bellezze barocche di Ortigia. Può essere anche un comodo punto di partenza per visitare mare e terra della provincia siracusana.

We have always loved Siracusa. Should you also have the chance to spend your holidays at this villa as we did, you’ll find one more reason to come back! Bagni colorati in Ortigia, tuffi nel mare cristallino della costa siracusana, pace nell'accoglienza e nell'atmosfera della villa.

Fabulous villa, large spacious rooms tastefully furnished. WE enjoyed a great family holiday and the warm welcome from Gabriella where nothing was too much trouble. Super pool and outdoor facilities although not enough seating for 7 people at the table and the bbq was a little on the small side. The access can be tricky off a busy road but the villa is set well back in its own grounds. Thank you for a lovely holiday.
