The villa is composed of an open plan living/dining area (with comfortable seating and a dining table and chairs) and a well-equipped kitchen. In the sleeping area you will find one double bedroom (with double bed) with en-suite bathroom (with shower) and dressing room, two double bedrooms (with double beds) and two single bedrooms (with single beds). You will also find two bathrooms (one with shower and one with bath).
The outside of the villa is composed of a lovely well-kept garden with citrus trees, a private pool (10 m x 5 m; depth 1.2 m – 2 m; open from 24/03 – 10/11), a covered terrace (with table and chairs) and a sun terrace (with sun loungers).
Please note: A lot of the furnishings in this villa are in an "antique style" so they will not look modern; some have been restored by the owners.

Fabulous villa, large spacious rooms tastefully furnished. WE enjoyed a great family holiday and the warm welcome from Gabriella where nothing was too much trouble. Super pool and outdoor facilities although not enough seating for 7 people at the table and the bbq was a little on the small side. The access can be tricky off a busy road but the villa is set well back in its own grounds. Thank you for a lovely holiday.

The villa is a charming villa, very welcoming and elegant, with a comfortable swimming pool and a well-kept garden. It seems to be guests in a beautiful private residence. The well-stocked kitchen and the gazebo allow you to spend pleasant evenings in the garden. This villa is a beautiful, elegant home which far exceeded our expectations. The villa was in a perfect location to access Siracusa, surrounding small villages and beaches. The bedrooms were large and well appointed. The gardens and outside area overlooking the pool is magnificent. Gabriella the owner, was very thoughtful providing a well stocked fridge and pantry. We will definitely return next year. The best villa we have ever rented.

Our two families enjoyed a fantastic week in this lovely 5-bed villa, easily the grandest, most spacious villa we have ever rented. Inside the large rooms are very well furnished and decorated, providing lots of character and atmosphere. The large kitchen is very well equipped with lots of storage space. Outside the pool is set in a lovely grassy garden with plenty of trees and shrubs to provide complete privacy. There is a large airy pergola providing shade for a dining area, where we enjoyed many breakfasts, lunches and dinners. The villa is accessed by quite a busy road but is set well back along a driveaway. With a hire car (recommended) the villa was a great base for trips to nearby Syracuse and Ortigia, as well as further away to Noto and Etna. Gabriella was a very helpful host providing information and recommendations whenever we asked her. All in all, a great week with many happy memories.

We stayed for 1 week. In the middle we had our wedding (Sicilian-Irish) reception for 70 guests in the garden.....which was beyond beautiful. We enjoyed the buffet beside the pool and dining on the other side of the garden. The patio area was perfect for dancing the night away. We used Navarria catering from Lentini (amazing food and great customer service). For extra lounge areas and lighting we used IES Allestimenti in Siracusa. The house is quite grand, with a country feel filled with beautiful antiques. Big toilets (3 in total)- great for guests. 8 people staying, we were very comfortable. Our wedding ran smoothly thanks to Adriana Smentek Wedding planner 'Chic Weddings in Sicily'. And finally huge thank you to the owner Gabriella!! I would recommend Don Salvatore as luxurious family holiday and\/or an intimate Sicilian wedding venue!
