The space

The villa is situated on a hillside and develops over three levels.

In the basement we find one double bedroom (with French bed – normally suitable for 1 adult or 2 children), one double bedroom (with French bed – normally suitable for 1 adult or 2 children), one twin bedroom (with 2 single beds), a bathroom (with shower) and a living room (with a sofa and independent access).

On the ground floor we find a large living space with a lounge area (with sofa seating) and a dining area (with table and chairs). Next to the living area we find a well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, a guest bathroom (with toilet) and a laundry room.

On the first floor we find one double bedroom (with French bed – normally suitable for 1 adult or 2 children) with en-suite bathroom (with shower), walk-in closet and balcony (with sea view), one double bedroom (with a double sofa bed) with a balcony (with sea view), one double bedroom (with double sofa bed) and a bathroom (with bath and shower).

Outside on the lower level, we find a terrace (with ladder access to the pool on the ground level). On the ground floor, we find a terrace (with tables, chairs, sofas and sun loungers), a private pool (6 m x 3.3 m; depth 1.2 m – 2 m) and an outdoor shower.
