The 120 square meter villa develops over 2 levels.
On the ground floor you will find a wellness room (accessed from the outside) with a sauna, Jacuzzi (1.75 m x 2.00 m; depth 0.8 m), multi-sensory shower and bathroom (with toilet).
The main living area is on the first floor where you will find a living/dining area with doors that open onto the terrace outside the property. At one end there is comfortable sofa seating and at the other end you will find a kitchen/dining area (with table and chairs). Also on the first floor you will find a master bedroom (with double bed) with en-suite shower, one twin bedroom (with 2 single beds) and another bedroom (with French bed – 120cm wide). There is also a separate bathroom (with shower).
The outside area is composed of a large garden with a private swimming pool (8 m x 4 m; depth 1.2 m - 2.4 m; Open 01/03 - 30/11). Surrounding the property are terraces where you will find seating and dining areas (with tables and chairs) and by the pool there is a sun terrace where you can soak up the Sicilian sun.

The villa is an excellent Villa and exactly as described. We were welcomed by Gianfranco on arrival (including a bottle of local wine and almond pastries) and he remained very attentive throughout our stay. A real treat was being given fresh produce from his garden. Gianfranco is an outstanding host. Equally, the 'di casa in Sicilia' team were also very good indeed. They were very helpful during the booking process and also very concerned (most especially Paola - many thanks) that we would enjoy our stay in Sicily. Well done to them also. In sum, my wife and I had an excellent stay in the villa and I recommend the property (and Gianfranco!) but also 'di casa in Sicilia' without reservation.

This villa completely lives up to the pictures and video. If you want a peaceful relaxing self catering holiday in gorgeous spacious surroundings this is perfect. We were met by the fantastically welcoming, generous and helpful Gianfranco, who was always on hand if needed. The property was beautifully clean, comfy beds, amazing gardens and grounds and the self catering facilities were excellent (plenty of good quality crockery, cutlery, pans etc, even a herb garden!). We ate at the villa every night and was a joy cooking especially with the beautiful fresh products bought locally. Fish market in Trapani - amazing! We will definitely be back! Thank you Gianfranco for a fabulous holiday.

We had a wonderful week at this beautiful house! We were greeted by Gianfranco on arrival who showed us the house and the garden. It was even more beautiful than in the pictures. The house was very clean and comfortable. We picked fresh vegetables and herbs for our meals everyday and enjoyed relaxing by the pool. Gianfranco was easy to reach and always answered our questions very quickly. The small town is so close and we visited the butcher several times. Very helpful and wonderful quality products. We went to San Vito Lo Capo and the beach, such a nice beach and town. Thank you so much for making this a perfect vacation - we only wish it could have lasted longer!

We had an awesome week at the villa. Fresh orange juice in the mornings, from oranges we picked in the garden, pasta by the pool, while enjoying the spring sunshine and homemade lemon granita also from handpicked lemons from the garden, that sums up our holiday. Just perfect! We went on little adventures to Trapani and Marsala, but also enjoyed the sauna very much.

Das Haus l\u00e4sst keine W\u00fcnsche offen: wundersch\u00f6ner Pool, moderne Einrichtung, sch\u00f6ne Beleuchtung bei Nacht. Wir haben viele St\u00e4dte besucht, jedoch gefiel uns Trapani am Besten (insbesondere bei Nacht). Sch\u00f6n war auch der Bootsausflug von Trapani nach Favignana.
