MAIN HOUSE
The villa composes of a large living area with comfortable seating, a fireplace and a dining area with table and chairs. Next to the living area, you will find a separate sitting room with comfortable seating and access to the garden, and a well-equipped kitchen with doors to an outside eating area. There are also five double bedrooms. Four double bedrooms (with double bed) with en-suite bathrooms (with shower) and one double bedroom (with double bed). You will also find a separate bathroom (with shower).
ANNEX
The annex develops over one level and is composed of one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and one bedroom that can be twin or double (but joining the two single beds together) with an en-suite bathroom with shower.
Outside, the villa is surrounded by a spacious terrace and has a well-tended garden with private pool (12m x 6m; depth 1.2m - 1.4m; open 01/03 - 30/11; depuration: salt) with hydro massage corner. There is a sun terrace around the pool and you will find a patio with seating and an area with tables and chairs for al fresco dining.

What can we say, all 13 of us had a holiday of a lifetime! We went to three authentic Italian restaurants, a boat trip that we will never forget and the villa is wow! All this is thanks to Michele and his helpful but unobtrusive recommendations. We loved our day trips out and about as well as our down, relaxed and chill days. The children absolutely loved the pool and never wanted to get out.

we were 8 persons in an immense house each bedroom was clean with closet space. With 3 master bedrooms and bathrooms and two slightly smaller rooms with a bathroom. Swimming pool clean, the grounds were well kept. The beds were comfortable. The owner of the property was hands-on, providing useful suggestions. Indoor and outdoor dining area and sitting area. gated with an electric door. It is a farmland property, you see the ocean but not accessible and 4-5 kilometers to Trapani. You need a car. No shortage of hot water. The sound of the birds early morning is still chipping in our minds

We had a fantastic stay - the villa, pool and gardens are all beautiful. The kids loved running around the maze in the garden and the pool was perfect with views out to sea. We also enjoyed being able to utilize some of the fresh produce growing in the gardens when cooking. The host was very attentive and went out of his way to ensure our stay was enjoyable. When we had a few power issues he would be on site in minutes to resolve. Location is good - 15mins drive from the airport and 15mins in to Trapani. Close to Erice and the Egadi Islands for day trips which were both amazing. Thank you!

The beautiful property was full of trees and gardens. We picked fresh tomatoes, lemons, oranges, herbs, onions and garlic to make some of our meals - so delicious! The pool area is lovely with a view of the sea and many deck chairs surrounding it with umbrellas. Inside is spacious and easily fit our group of 11. It was a quick 12 minute drive to busy Trapani, but the property was quiet and peaceful - very relaxing. Owner was very helpful and easily accessible. Highly recommend!!
