The villa develops over three levels.
On the ground floor, at pool level, we find a large and bright living room with stunning views across the rolling hills through the large windows. The living room is furnished with comfortable sofas that overlook the pool, terrace and countryside, dining area with table and chairs, open plan kitchen with two ovens, fridge, freezer, etc. There is a separate bathroom on the ground floor, with Jacuzzi bathtub and shower. The sleeping area consists of one double bedroom with access to the garden via the French doors.
The first floor consists of two more double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom with shower.
The lower level of the villa, adjacent to the garage, consists of entrance via the ante-room with single sofa bed, a triple bedroom (3 single beds) with en-suite bathroom with shower, a double bedroom, the gaming area which is equipped with a billiards table, table tennis, darts and Foosball table. Here, we also find another bathroom with shower and laundry area with sink and washing-machine.
The outside area offers a private tennis court (provided with racquets and balls), a private swimming pool (10x7m; 1.3m deep; open all year round) with sun lounges and outdoor table and chairs for al-fresco dining.
