The villa (120 sq.m) develops over two levels with the first floor being just the roof terrace.
On the ground floor, we find the living room with dining area, French doors that open onto the covered terrace and kitchen. There is one double bedroom with king size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, one double bedroom with normal double bed and bathroom with shower, one bedroom that can be twin or double by joining the single beds together and one separate bathroom with shower.
On the first floor, we have one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and the roof terrace, equipped with table, chairs and sun lounges. From the terrace, you can enjoy a beautiful sea view.
Outside, the villa has a covered terrace (100 sq.m) with garden furnishings, a private swimming pool (5x3m; 1.3m deep; open all year round).

Sehr sch\u00f6nes Haus in toller Lage zum Meer. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut und Anfragen wurden umgehend beantwortet und Probleme schnell behoben. Zum Einkaufen und Essen f\u00e4hrt man ein wenig, aber morgens kommt ein fahrender B\u00e4cker. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gef\u00fchlt.

Alles TOP!!! Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber vor Ort funktionierte einwandfrei. Die Lage direkt am Meer ist einfach traumhaft! Der Au\u00dfen-sowie Innenbereich von der Villa sind sehr sch\u00f6n und modern eingerichtet. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Sizilien.

Dit huis is prachtig gelegen en de ontvangst door de host was perfect! Het uitzicht vanaf het dakterras is adembenemend mooi. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien, een auto is wel noodzakelijk om ergens te komen. Op loopafstand (via het rotsstrand) is Marzamemi, een leuk plaatsje, waar je gezellig kunt dineren. Tijdens ons verblijf zat daar echter geen supermarktje, daarvoor moet je met de auto op pad. Er rijdt in de ochtend een bakker langs met heerlijk brood en gevulde croissants en pizza, heel aangenaam om buiten te ontbijten. Het zwembad was heerlijk warm, de kinderen hebben daar volop van genoten zo in het naseizoen. De zee met zandstrand is dichtbij en heeft prachtig helder water. De bovenverdieping is alleen via de buitenkant bereikbaar. Er is ruim voorzien in handdoeken en ook de aanwezigheid van badlakens was heel handig. Een aanrader om Cavagrande te bezoeken, via een afdaling kom je bij een ijskoud meertje aan. Ook Noto en Syracuse zijn met de auto leuk om te bezoeken. De reisafstand tot de Etna vonden we te lang om daar een dagtocht van te maken.

Etwas karge Ausstattung - keine Pfanne, keine Parmesanreibe etc. Positiv: Badetaschen mit beach towles und doppeltes Handtuchset in den Badezimmern.Allerdings gewerblicher Vermieter mit Subfirma vor Ort hat versucht 500\u20ac Cash Kaution zu verlangen, f\u00fchrte zu mehreren unangenehmen Diskussionen, wobei Personal des gewerblichen Mieters und der Subfirma sehr nett waren und auch nur Anweisungen der Besitzers folgen mussten.

What a wonderful stay at villa Grigia! Very comfortable with everything we needed to enjoy to our holiday in Sicily. We would love to return one day. Our favourite parts of the holiday: a trip to the market at Syracuse, a trip to historic Noto and relaxing by the pool.
