Surrounded by Mount Etna’s unique environment with its vineyards, orchards and low stone walls, the property offers an amazing private swimming pool with panoramic views, large terraces, a garden with aromatic plants and a beautiful spa area with Jacuzzi (heated up to 28 degrees only in the period from 01.10.23 to 31.05.2024 and then from 01.10.24 to 31.05.2025). In the rest of the year the jacuzzi won‘t be heated but still at disposal of the guests), Turkish bath, sauna, multi-sensory shower and salt grotto. From the villa, only a short driving distance away takes you to places like Etnaland, the waterpark, Taormina, Syracuse and Catania.
The villa develops over three levels and is composed of a main house, a small cottage and an annex.
MAIN HOUSE - Sleeps 5
On the ground floor, we find the living area with fireplace and sofas; from the living room, we access the dining room with table and chairs and another fireplace; from the dining room, we enter the kitchen with another dining table with chairs, large fridge and freezer, large stove and oven, etc.; there is one guest bathroom with toilet and sink and a laundry room.
Indoor stairs take us to the first floor where we find one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bath tub and shower, one twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, one single bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower.
On the lower floor, we have the wellness area consisting of a Jacuzzi (5x3m; 1.2m deep; heated up to 28 degrees only in the period from 01.10.23 to 31.05.2024 and then from 01.10.24 to 31.05.2025. In the rest of the year the jacuzzi won‘t be heated but still at disposal of the guests), salt grotto, sauna, Turkish bath, multi-sensory shower and a relaxing area.
COTTAGE- Sleeps 2+1
The cottage is composed of a suite with one double bed in the loft area, a single sofa bed and one bathroom with shower.
ANNEX (CLOSED OFF) – Sleeps 2
In the annex, we have one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower. This annex will be closed off when the villa is booked with the lower occupancy price of up to 8 guests.
Outside, the villa offers expansive gardens and terraces. There is a private swimming pool (12x6m; 0.5 – 1.5m deep; open from March 26 to November 18; salt depuration) with sun lounges, a football field in front of the pool area for children and adults to play on and a covered gazebo with table and chairs for al-fresco dining. All this, with stunning views over the sea and countryside.

Oh my - what a beautiful stunning holiday whilst staying in your beautiful villa! Our family of 6 enjoyed the most wonderful stay being hosted and guided by the best Gianluca!! You gave us such memories which we will trasure. Such as a sunset walk up Mount Etna, a true feast in 4 Archi - the wine was fab! Cocktails and stunning meal in Monaci delle Terre Nere. The setting was tremendous, enjoying the villa in all its magnificence - our 2 boys LOVED and made every minute out of the football pitch but the most memorable day for us was a day out on a boat, diving into the ocean with Pontile Pizzichella, followed by the wonderful Fabio cooking for us on return. Thank you so so much for the memories.

What a fabulous two weeks we have had staying in your beautiful home! We are 2 families visiting from England. We had many fun days out - highlights being 2x boating trips, 2x visits to the wonderful Monaci Delle Terre Nere (definitely worth it) 4 x 4 excursion up Mt Etna and obviously many days lazing by the pool enjoying the gorgeous gardens and football pitch. Lovely visit to Sicily, we loved staying in the Villa, which had beautiful sea views, an amazing food and a great view on Mount Etna! The Villa was perfect for relaxing and visiting nearby historic towns. We were a family of five and the villa was perfect for us. We really enjoyed the jeep tour up Mount Etna, visiting Syracuse and also enjoyed the square in Zafferana. Would recommend restaurant Oleum pizzeria where we had fantastic pizza on the last night. Had an amazing stay Gianluca was really helpful. xx
We had a fabulous week exploring the area! Gianluca arranged many wonderful excursions for us - Mt. Etna, boating, chef dinner, tours of many villages and connected us with n interpreter and her husband, who helped us find a cousin from Lipari! The pool and setting was beautiful. We are a family of 10 visiting from Mexico, Argentina and USA. We truly enjoyed our stay in this dream house\/villa. The soccer match\/field was very popular in our family, lunch with Chef Fabio outdoors was superb, the spa + turkish bath, pool, views + weather. We couldn't have asked for more. We had a beautiful two weeks in the marvelous hills of Etna - Mountains. Living in this very skilfully decorated Villa was a joy - as was the help of GianLuca with many good ideas like the visit of Sicilian Chef Fabio, who once deliciously cooked for us, and the other time made a little \"cooking-class\"" for us to show us how to make Arancinos! Perfect. We saw Taormina
La villa était très bien, malheuresement il n' y avent pas beaucoup de soleil. Du coup, la piscine n' a pas été utilisée, mai pour contre c'est l'unverse pour le jacuzzi et le terrain de foot. Merci beaucoup à Gianluca.

Charming location with the sea to our right, and Etna to our left. Imaginative use of space, particularly the conversion of the wine press into a health spa. Two football fanatics particularly enjoyed the pitch which was an added bonus and the kids loved searching for the lost balls in the brambles behind. Highlights were definitely Taormina and Gianluca who gave us some splendid recommendations - all of them brilliant for either location or taste! He was also incredibly resourceful in finding us a driver, places to visit, and great helpfulness. We had a splendid week, time to recharge and rest in this wonderful villa. Thanks

Gianluca was amazing, he made our visit in Sicily a memory of a lifetime. We travelled to Noto, Taormina, Linguaglossa and Castiglione and Giardini Naxos for a boat trip. However just relaxing by the pool was enough to remove the cold Melbourne weather from our bones.
