Villa Fresca develops over one floor.
As you enter, you will find on the right hand side a bright living and dining area equipped with table and chairs for dining, as well as a sofa and TV. On the right hand side you will see the kitchen and a further dining area. The kitchen is equipped with gas hobs, electric oven, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. On the opposite side there is the sleeping area, which provides three bedrooms; two equipped with double beds, whilst the third one offers twin beds. The master bedrooms has en-suite bathroom with shower facilities, there are also two other bathrooms equipped with shower facilities serving the remaining two rooms.
The living room opens up onto the terrace which offers splendid views.
The outdoor area offers a lovely garden, table and chairs for al fresco dining, sun loungers, and a barbecue. The arched patio overlooking the beach offers shade during the hot summer hours. It is the perfect place to relax and unwind.

This is a great house right on the beach. The village of Calabernardo is local, quiet and has cosy and clean beaches - both sand and rock. The house is very comfortable, large and cool during hot summer months. It has everything you need with a large kitchen and every possible equipment and utensils you can imagine. There is a great bar 5 minute walk from the house - the Malacala Bar where you will find the coolest crowd in the Noto area.

Cristina and Iuliana provided an equally professional and personal service.\n\nWe loved the villa - it was just what we wanted. The location by the beach is perfect. The villa is simple but has everything you need. Beach umbrellas and sun beds are provided (essential). The villa was very clean (thank you Katia). The beach is charming and we made friends with all the regular beach goers. Calabernado is a very charming seaside town unspoilt by development. We will return!

Da migliorare il Wi-Fi carente, inoltre sarebbe di grande utilit\u00e0 un condizionatore in soggiorno e anche l\u2019avere un kit di benvenuto nei bagni. Sarebbe da migliorare la modalit\u00e0 di check out, pi\u00f9 flessibile senza dover aspettare per restituire le chiavi e la cauzione.

Was perfect for us; two couples over 65 years. The proximity to Noto, Ortigia, Taormina as well as country trips was wonderful. It was very well equipped and clean.

Posizione eccellente e unica, in zona tranquilla. La casa \u00e8 praticamente sul mare, \u00e8 spaziosa, ben tenuta e ottimamente concepita. E' dotata di ogni comfort e la pulizia trovata all'arrivo \u00e8 di ottimo livello. La casa \u00e8 completata da una veranda da cui si possono ammirare i tramonti siciliani durante le cene e un giardino ben tenuto e molto piacevole anche per i bambini. L'accesso al mare dalla spiaggia di fronte \u00e8 caratterizzato dagli scogli (consigliate le scarpe da scoglio), e a poca distanza c'\u00e8 una bella spiaggia. La posizione \u00e8 strategica anche per visitare le splendide spiagge (come Portopalo, Vendicari, Calmosche) e le bellissime localit\u00e0 che caratterizzano questa parte della Sicilia (come Noto, Modica, Siracusa, Ragusa, Marzamemi). Un mix unico che rende la vacanza altrettanto unica!
